Gift-in-kind donations are important for generating revenue and maintaining/upgrading CARD's facility. All gift-in-kind donations accompanied by an invoice are eligible for tax receipt.
Gift-in-king items can be general donations:
- Tack and equipment
- Equine supplies (food, medicine, blankets, horse care products)
- Office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, desks, chairs, shelving)
- Electronic equipment
Or they can be geared to support one of CARD's fundraising events, including Golf, CARD Luncheon at Tournament of Champions, CARD Bowling Night and the CARD Equestrian Clinic series. Gift-in-kind items for these events will be used as:
- Event prizes
- Silent auction items
- Live auction items
- Gifts
